Most salons offer perms, cuts, colors, waxes, relaxers, foils, kids cuts, styles, up-dos, etc. [Some even do extensions...] I would call the salon you are looking at going to and ask them what exactly they offer, and perhaps the prices of such services. Or you could go into the salon you are looking at, and ask for a price sheet, or look around the shop and see if they have one displayed.

Depends on the salon, some offer the basics (haircut, wash/cut, etc)
And others offer more detailed cuts and styles.

the salon I use offers a service of pubic dyes it is given to you in a packet when you have had your hair dyed, my pubes are now shocking pink, there is a product on the market called bettys save to use and choose your colour
