you need another doctor's opinion, go and start calling and tell him that you saw 1 doctor but he won't do anything for you.
call your pharmacist and ask him what he thinks is wrong as they know alot.

The results don't seem to make much sense. I would be suspicious that the test didn't work right. There is a protein called thyroid binding globulin (TBG) that can mess up the test results. Additional tests can be done to measure the levels of TBG to see if this is messing with the results. There are also several other diagnostic tests that might narrow down the problem.

One thing is certain, your thyroid gland is not all but shut down - the T3 levels alone make the effect about 30x greater than normal. If I were in your shoes, I would have a complete set of endocrine diagnostics performed to see what's going on. From the looks of things, the TSH levels are correct, given the very high amount of T3. What doesn't make sense is having T3 levels much higher than T4 - there is no obvious mechanism for this.

After full diagnostics, if the test didn't point to some specific problem, i would ask about having the gland surgically removed so I could control the hormone levels through medication.

Ask your doctor to give you a referral to an endocrinologist. They specialise in thyroid disorders and can help to get you diagnosed properly. You will need a thyroid scan to see if you have nodules that are firing uncontrollably. sometimes part of the thyroid is working too hard and the other part is not working at all. the scan should give a better picture of that. Hope this helps.
