Don't take Hydroxycut! You will only gain the weight back after you stop taking it! To lose 1 lb a week safely, cut your calories by 500 a day (not that much, really) and exercise 30-60 minutes as many times a week as you can. It takes lifestyle changes to lose weight, not pills. I tried Hydroxycut and it doesn't work!
