It is possible. However it could just be friendship. Watch her closely when she's around you. What does her body language tell you. Maybe ask another girls oppinion, but not her friend because they will only tell her that you asked. But please don't make the mistake that most men make by asking her straight forward without any clue. This could ruin everything if she only feels friendship.

I would say probably because I never talk on the phone for that long with a guy I'm not interested in. Good luck!

2 possibilities. either she likes you or she is just too polite to tell you that she dont or maybe she is just enjoying your conversation.
but if you do really like her, ask her out first then tell her she's special for you. It's better to tell it personally than over the phone to make it more sincere..

As a friend, I'd say a resounding yes! (I talk to a lot of my friends for this long on occasion)

As anything more.... ask her! If she's a real friend she'll be honest with you however she feels about you

Possible. Are you thinking like as in boy/girl friend or as in friend/friend?
