seems like a lot of people are missing your point. You're right. How can it make sense that Hitler could be in heaven while Buddha and Gandhi are in hell?

Lack of faith in Christ? Not being saved? That would guarantee an eternal trip to hell.
Murder is prob. one of the worst sins to commit. I don't think that a person with the right mental attitude and kindness in heart would say:" Hm, I'm gonna murder this person and then I'll repent." To murder someone, a person has to have no feelings of right or wrong, hate and no faith. If at some point in their lives after that they see their sin and repent, then they will be forgiven. God can see the heart and knows when repentance is true and when it is not. So just saying it won't do.

Who says it's worse? You? LOL
Maybe you need to look further into what repentance really means.
Or maybe you should just write "all religions stink" and save everybody's time.

Why repent later???
Aren't Christians PRE-FORGIVEN? They sure act like it. I can't tell you how many times I have been stabbed in the back by those WONDERFUL people before I walked away from the whole damn GOD thing.
Your friendly local Atheist.

Hmmm good question.
Maybe a lack of faith means the death of God, or at least an end to his existence, therefore the murder of an all powerful being is much worse than murdering one of his creations.....?

Because people with a faith becomes weak and are easy controlled. People who lack faith are independent and this is frightening to people who have a greed for power and control over other peoples freedom.

Why would you ever think such a thing? Murdering a living thing is one of the worse things a person could ever do.

yes it is worse buddy, because you are here first: to believe in God and worship him, second: to do good deeds,if you don't believe in God then the good deeds won't benefit you,may be in this life it will, but in the after life it will be no use.
