It would be dull to create it... WHen they play chess they both would know eachother's mentality or mind set... They would get crazy.... Anyhow there is no God.... Even if there is, he or she is "condamned" to live in dilemmas....

Depends on the authority you are referring to.
The authority to do as Jesus done by the Gift of the Holy Spirit, yes.
If we have faith, anything that Jesus done on Earth, we too can.
So yes, God can create an exact copy, and before Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden, God said that man would be like him, if they were allowed to eat from the tree of life as well.
Now that tree of life is Christ.

On the cosmic scale, no. the only thing viably close is the universe, and that progresses through time.
On the personal scale, yes. Every human has divine nature within them, so God multiplies himself billions of times.

According to the Bible, God can do anything. But I’ve never thought about this before… perhaps Jesus, for example, was like him, only in a flesh form? I’m sure if God really wanted to do it, he could… and would.
