Hello Keith, I think that all dogs are a little agressive, but they are cute too. So I think they should be deported, not destroyed.

have you asked that same question about aggressive people? Maybe if you did you could resolve both problems. There is no such thing as an aggressive dog only people that make them that way.
The instincts in the APBT was bred out of it over 100 years ago. The Rot by true nature is one of the biggest softy's in all breeds. The Doberman was created as a guard dog but unless taught to be aggressive is not. Do you want to ban the Cocker Spaniel, based on what I am reading you will need to include this breed as it is responsible for more dog bites to humans each year than any other breed in the US. You may want to re-think your question.

Every dog has the potential to be aggressive, it is a caracteristic of being a dog! To bad aggressive dogs would be to ban dogs all together!
We need to ban the owners of aggressive dogs from keeping them in the future.

we can't unless we ban aggressive people once and for all. Most aggressive dogs were bred and raised for fighting. It is not there fault, it's there owners fault. The owners breed the dogs to fight, that dog mates, and more aggressive dogs are born into the world. That is what happened with Pitbulls.

some dogs are agressive because of their owners handling, and others are just plain dangerous for the same reasons. a non agressive dog can see another dog on tv being agressive and momentarily do the same thing. banning them doesn't do anything.

Start by banning the type of people that produce / raise / and fight aggressive dogs. You get rid of those people and you have the battle nearly won. People are the problem. Not the dogs, and the sooner people realize that, the quicker the problem can be solved!

It's not the dogs fault but the owners, It's a problem that's not going to go away, and I don't know what can be done about it. I find it very worrying ,before long all dogs are going to have to be muzzled when in public places, all though the fault of a few idiots

It's not the aggressive dogs, we need to ban. It's the owners, that train them to be aggressive, that we need to ban.

It's too hard to do that ....its usually the owner's to blame. Any breed of dog can be aggressive, it's how it is trained, exercised, and socialized that make a difference.
