well I wouldn't suggest this for the long haul but if you want to loose weight quick try the Miracle Enzyme Lemonade diet. I don't' like diets but 2 months and 30 pounds it's no other way to do that but by diet and exercise.
part of your daily routine should be to drink 8 glasses of water to 12 glasses...that equals about 2 liters a day. Cut out all sweets, fried foods, fast foods. You probably not going to loose the 30pounds in 2 months but maybe if you incorporate the lemonade diet you can accomplish 22-25 pounds by your goal time....but please try to do it a healthier way. You didn't get the weight on over night so please don't expect to get it off over night. You should have been started to loose weight if you knew something special was coming up.

Hi,
I used to weigh 377 lbs and now i'm down to 273 and still losing after one year. As you can see, it has taken some time, average is 2lbs per week. The only tried and true method I have found is diet and exercise and when I say diet I"m not talking Atkins or South Beach, I'm talking about something I adopted from the Mayo Clinic which you can find online very easily. They use registered dieticians and cardiologists to give you suggested serving sizes (portion control) and exercise guidlines according to your measurements, age and activitity level. I'm a male, 273 lbs, now moderately active, 5'9" and 40 years old, my intake is only 16-1800 calories per day. It's tough but you get used to it. Unfortunately there is no rapid fire way to lose weight, your body simply cannot adjust that fast. If you start now you have 3 months until June 1st and with a good program you should drop the 30 pounds in 3 months, thats 10 pounds per month or about 2.5 pounds per week, a little fast but doable. Just don't relax when you reach your 30 pound goal, keep going and walk walk walk, don't kill yourself just walk 30-45 minutes a day and you will start seeing a difference. If it has been a long time since you last exercised talk to a doctor about your ambitions to make sure you are okay to do this. I'm sure your doctor will be more than willing to help you acheive your goal, I have found they love to see people trying to take care of themselves and sometimes make good coaches to check in with once in a while. Good Luck! (Parable of the weight loser: An african tribe had just taken down an elephant for food and a boy looked at the chief and asked him "how only 10 people where going to eat all of this", the chief replied with "one bite at a time". Adopt this concept or another, it's a reminder to ourselves to monitor our intake, one bite at a time.)

Well its almost april so that gives you about three months. Yes it is possible to lose 30 lbs by june, but you have to be very strick with what you eat and go to the gym often. Usually the more body fat you have the faster you will lose the weight. I recommend that you do three days a week of 30 minutes of cardio to start off. Tuesdays and thursdays try to get in the gym and do an hour of weight training. By building more lean muscle that will help you burn more calories as well. Try to eat very healthy stick to lean meats such as chicken and fish. Snack on veggies and fruits and try not to cheat to much with eating unhealth foods. Also you want to stay away from foods that are high in unhealthy fats, as well as sodium, and high in carboyhdrates. This is what i recommend for a day to eat.
Breakfast:
1 cup special K cereal
1/2 cup skim milk
and one medium sized apple
snack
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch
Chicken breast
veggies
1/2 cup of rice
snack:
a fruit and a plain low fat yogurt
supper
salmon with veggies and 1/2 cup brown rice.
Try to keep track of how many calories you eat in a day for a week, then the next week cut out about 500 calories that helps people lose about a pound a week 500X7=3500 calories=1 lb. Stick with the cardio and weight training and you should see the results you are looking for...good luck

Today is March 28th. Loosing 30 lbs by June 1st is reasonable as you want to lose 2-3 lbs. a week and maintain a week. IF you lose too much too soon you will get super flabby (ick!) and you take the chance of not only gaining back what you lost, but more.
Start off with reducing your caloric intake and add walking 1-2 miles per day at a brisk pace. Drink plenty of water. Good Luck!

start reading, and exercising, i've read a really funny book about a kid who lost a bunch of weight. but yeah, you can do it, anything just takes practice, and self assertion. simple answers are always the better answers, cause they cut to the chase! you could go for a walks and even run a bit, but watch your diet, definately. i'd say to eat in increments throughout the day: a drink with some salad, some lunch meat, maybe some potatoes, then you won't have to eat as much! take care.

You have to be committed enough to follow a rigid eating plan and not cheat or nothing will work. I started by having only regular meals and no snacking. NO FAST FOOD. Then when I filled my plate...I took half the food off and ate what was left. After getting used to that amount ...I took 1/4 off again. I made sure to walk after every meal and don't eat the evening meal too close to bedtime...give yourself time to walk after. The basic rule is no cheating.
