I have had something very similar to this, but I never lost weight. At least not so much that I noticed. The condition I have is called gastroparesis, and is a common complication in diabetics. What happens is, the nerves in the stomach are damaged and cannot tell how much food is in the stomach, or cannot tell that there is still food in there. So the stomach stops digesting and the contents of your stomach just sit and rot so to speak. That alone made me feel sick all the time. Then when I would eat anything, I was just adding to the misery and would get worse. Check out the link below. If you are diabetic, definately see a doctor and ask about this specific condition. Otherwise, you still need to see a doctor if you are as weak and tired as you are.

Its easy to say speak to your GOP but im guessing by the fact you opsted this on the web, it is not something you can talk to with someone face to face.
Out of curiosity, how are you with drinks?
Because if you can stomach drinks,. it may be an idea to make smoothies from fruits and veg, and slowly build up to a solid-based diet, which can perhaps be abit mroe heavier at dinner time when your apetite is back.
Fromt eh sounds of it, the pain is all across your body, an if you are suffering from arthritis too, it could be a effect from you not eating well.
There are several phone numbers you can call for help if you need mroe support - check online e.g. by googling to see if there are any near you...its easy to beat if you have help on how to!
All the best,
N

I have no idea what's wrong with you but being completely serious you should go to the doctor. Also, all the people i know that smoke marijuana says they are really really hungry after so maybe you can ask the doctor to give you one of those cards or something.

I had a mild case of this. My doctor said it was anxiety and put me on anti depressants they helped for a while but I didn't like the side effects. So I began using marijuanna and had better results. Eventually I quit that too and now I have a fairly normal appetite.
Go see your doctor. Your case sounds life threatening.

If you are genuinely feeling like this all you can do is go to your GP. Take someone with you if you can for support.
