How does Cravendale stay fresh for so much longer than other milk?

It's filtered. It's lovely.

They say
"Unlike ordinary fresh milk, Cravendale undergoes a unique filtration process prior to pasteurisation.

This removes more of the bacteria that can cause milk to sour, but lets all the nutrients and goodness pass through.

The result is a fresher, creamier tasting milk that lasts longer than conventional fresh milk - seven days after opening and up to 20 days unopened" apparently.
