If he comes to support you, then that is great. But understand that he doesn't have to be so interested in this the way you are. People are different and have different interests. You have to accept that.

Regarding the "little" arguments, maybe there is something bigger at issue in this relationship and the bigger issue is manifested by all of these "little" arguments. Why not just sit with him and have a conversation about what you both expect from each other? If he refuses, then that goes to show you that he is not willing to put the effort into working a relationship that is needed for this to work in the long run.

Couples in my opinion are going to argue. It's our nature. Men and women don't always mix sometimes!! It is very good that he supports you, even though he may not like it, he going right? Try to change the conversation when you guys start bickering...it might help best of luck!

I see cheerleading as pointless, too. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't support someone I cared about if she was going to do it. Small fights and finding your interests beneath him are good signs that the relationship has run it's course and it's time to wrap things up.

Sounds like this one is coming to a close. Don't be upset - realize that you had fun while it lasted, but it's time to move on. Plenty of people in the world.

You can't change him, no-one can make someone else change. It sounds like he is demanding and controlling. He will never be happy about anything, drop him now, he will only make you miserable. If it is this hard, it's not worth it. Find someone more easy going.

wow, sounds kindof familiar to me, my guy isnt interested in anything that i am...we argue all the time too. i think the best thing would be when your argueing, dont try to figure out who has the best answer, try to focus on what would help fix the problem. try to discuss things, and the way you feel about the way he feels. best of luck to you!
