How should i do bicycle exercise?
Does anyone know for how many miles i should bike ride as a daily work out? I am a beginer using the bike.

O and does this exercise wourkout out only my legs?

Exercise on the bike for 30 minutes! It works out your legs and buttocks. There is no exercise for your arms.

No .....biking is a total cardio workout. Start out slowy and build up the distance. If you do too much the first day, you will ache all over. Biking is interesting because you can do several routes and keep the scenery interesting.

3 miles or so. Bikes work out the legs, feet, back, and much more. You might look up some of Lance Armstrong's workouts for a good one, I'm sure he knows alot, or even invented some!

I just set mine up to automatically adjust for my age and optimum heart rate.
