find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Oh this is an easy one. I went on the south beach diet and the first place you start losing weight is in your stomach. Which makes sense because it is a low carb diet. Carbs convert to sugar and sugar is what makes a belly. Big bellys are cause for diabetes. So reduce your sugar, all breads and watch your bad carbs and you'll lose weight in your stomach, but this should be a life long commitment to eating healthy. Also sit ups are great. A woman on weight watchers lost over 100 lbs and you'd think she would have loss belly skin after taht but she didn't her stomach was flat because she did 200 sit ups a day. Thats what I call commitment! Try both of those and you'll be ready for your wedding in no time at all. Oh and for those of you that are against the south beach diet. You only cut out all carbs for the first two weeks. then you slowly start adding carbs back into your diet but you learn which are good carbs and which are bad carbs so don't preach about it being a no carb diet because it isn't. I lost 50 lbs on it between Jan. and May. No ones telling you to sit and eat 5 lbs of steak a day. Watch your portions. There are some wonderful low carb breads out now that taste great. and you can have no sugar items which means sugar free pudding by jello, The caramel kind is soooooooo delicious! etc. mmmmm

Oh and Jessica I just reported you for advertising instead of answering the question you idiot.

Cardio...start out doing 30 minutes 3 days a week but get up to doing 45-60 minutes 5-6 days a week.

for me i'll lie flat on bed, slowly lift up both legs till its about 45 degrees, let it stay down there for a while, and slowly rest down your legs.

it works for me as i'll be using my tummy strength to control and lift my legs.

hope it works for you too. oh remember once u slim the tummy down, remember to keep a healthy diet.
