How do you say "She hits him" in french?

'To hit', as in 'to punch', is 'frapper' in French. Your sentence would therefore be 'elle le frappe'. It's not 'lui' because that would mean 'she hits to him'.

'Battre' is wrong - it means 'beat', 'pound', 'smash' etc. You don't use it in this context.

By the way, I can't believe people are STILL suggesting online translation sites on here. They only have a very limited use, and are very often wrong.
