i read an earlyer question on how to make one and thought i would fill you in. so reply if you want to know how or if you are interested in helping me out on the one i am going to build (this will probably resalt in having your own lightsaber! (just an asentive!) so reply!)

I want to make my own lightsaber, and ive already started researched how to make one.
so far, ive got this:
make 4 transparent colored glass cylinders about 1 foot long, and make each one 1 inch wider than another(so each one can retract into each other). then, make a base of light steel with a button that retracts the glass cylinders. Include a electromagnetically charged crystal with a brass wire about 2 inches narrower than the smallest cylinder. push the button to make the cylinders extend and power on the crystal. this should run a power through the cylinders powerful enough to slice things.
the only problem is, where can you find a crystal like that?

Just go to a toy store and buy one it's easier. The way they did it in the movies was to use a sabre with powdered glass on it and shined a bright light on it from the sides. Then they computer enhanced it.
