Ever hear the phrase, "pulling your chain?" It is when someone yanks on a dogs leach to aggravate them, but still being safe, since the dog is still chained up. Well, not to say that your a dog, but someone has been "yanking your chain". No there is no spud55, unless he's (or she) is a potato farmer born in 1955. And officer wee-wee is just a phrase used by children (the wee-wee part) to describe the anatomy of a male, with the understanding that the derogatory name is sometimes used to identify police.
