Why not? Quality of life is very important. Enjoy a couple of glasses of wine at night. The only naughty thing one can do is feel guilty about it afterwards

of course it will harm you. apparently this is one of the worst types of drinking and seems to do a lot of damage. its usually affects single mothers i think, who believe that a small amount each night will not do any harm and will help them relax. of course.. 2 glasses a night is 14 glasses a week. plus any nights out/ binges you might have. all the good work you're doing with your healthy eating and exercise is being undone by drinking every night. (do they not define an alcoholic as someone who drinks every day?) not saying you shouldnt drink.. its probably healthy to have a glass of wine occassionally, but not every night. you need to think if its your health or your drinking that is your priority.

Id consult your doctor before drinking any amount of alcohol. Red wine is good for the heart in moderation so he may allow you to have a little. Have you tried diluting it with water aswell, i find with red wine it doesnt ruin the taste but does make it easier for the body to process.

While red wine is good for your heart, it is bad for your renal failure. Your Kidney's process toxins, and if they are not working, those toxins stay in your body.

My wife died of renal failure, and liver failure 3 years ago.

Shouldnt you be asking your doctor this question?

Surely he/she could give you the best informed answer?

The fact you've asked at all suggests you have doubts

I personally wouldnt take the risk
