I would like to know how I can get great hair like that with some waves on the hair. Thanks

most of the wonderful hairdo can only be "set" not permed. i know those nice waves and in order to get those, u will need to get a perm and leave it to "lossen" over a period of time. (and this is the reason why I permed my hair and took me more than 6 months to achieve that look).
alternatively, u can go to a salon to set those lovely curls for dinner or a nite out.....

Go to New York or Los Angeles, find a high-end Korean salon, and pay $200.
