"Namchin" is slang for "boyfriend"

"Namjachingoo" is boyfriend, so... take the "nam" from "namja" (boy) and the "chin" from "chingoo" (friend). and there ya go!

(also, to the person who answered before me, i believe you were thinking of "nampyun," which would mean "husband.")
