Besides hepatitis ... ?
Well - the trouble is that anything that causes the high liver count is going to cause hepatitis first and then cause the high liver count. (eg. drugs - drug induced hepatitis ... viruses - viral hepatitis ... autoimmune disease - autoimmune hepatitis and so on)
But I guess you mean outside the liver - so ...
Gallstones
Cholecystitis
Obstructive Jaundice
Ascending Cholangitis
Mirizzi's syndrome
Gallstone Ileus
Carcinoma of the head of the pancreas
Carcinoma of the bile duct
Secondary cancers metastasized to the liver
Tuberculosis of the liver
Other sources of liver enzymes: Bone (ALP), RBC and Muscles (AST)
Laboratory error

Excess intake of of toxins, alcohol, or certain medications such as tylenol or benadryl can elevate liver enzymes. If you are taking any medication (prescription or OTC) make sure you follow the dosing levels exactly. Tylenol especially can be very toxic to your liver if you take more than the recommended dosage and you should never ever take it with alcohol.
