usually cleaning with salt does brighten your teeth or Else with backing powder. But do not swallow backing powder or you will keep on running to toilet for rest of the day. When you brush with backing powder you much remember to spit it out.
second option is to see your dentist get polishing done its cheaper than whitening treatment. Spartan

Visit a dentist,
Go for two process
Scaling - removing of strains from your teeth.
Bleaching to whiten the teeth. In India, the whole process should cost you between Rs 3000 to 5000.
Make sure you go the right dentist and not some quack else you will regret the rest of your life.

What is RIN? Other than buying commercial teeth whiteners, brushing with baking soda mixed with peroxide every day for a few days can help remove really tough stains.

Hi,
I've heard of Baking soda used as a whitening agent, just put some on your toothbrush and go! Also, rinsing with a Hydrogen-peroxide solution [50%water and 50% peroxide] also helps to whiten. Don't swallow the peroxide solution though. Follow the manufactures directions on the label.
I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you!

I will not say to wash with Rin. I can say wash it with soap.
You can use Dental Power.

Professional whitening can be very pricey. Try Crest WhiteStrips. Or even Target Brand Whitestrips, they do significantly whiten your teeth!

crest white stips....or try that new Arm and Hammer Advance White toothpaste...I use it and it works fairly well. You should maybe get a sonic toothbrush also...or you can go to the dentist and they can do it but its kind of pricey...so if you want to do it your self just use whitning toothpaste and maybe some strips or something
