I'm 22 and pregnant and live with my mother. She hates the father's guts and doesn't know I'm pregnant. She told me not to let him come there but I did anyway and I left him in the house and went out for an hour. When I got back he was in a hurry to leave and was dropping things and aacting weird but all I thought was he was about to go cheat on me. However $150 is missing along with my parents' wedding rings, my dad's ring , my mother's earrings and my earrings, all gold. He's not working right now and came by me last week as well with a camcorder he said he was gonna sell then said he didn't. Guess he chose to sell our things. WHat do I do? I've called the police but I am scared of what will happen when she finds out he didn't use the key that i lost and he found but he was invited here. I can't believe he took myparents things. My mother is crying and looks on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

What a douchebag! Well, certainly you've got a whole lot more than gold and money to worry about now. Your mom will get over all of this eventually, but now there's a bigger picture to worry about. Don't be afraid about what your mom's going to do, you should worry about what you're going to do about the situation. Talk it over with your mom, she's going to be pissed, but in time, it will pass. As for the guy; karma will take care of it. Just worry about yourself and don't trust the guy anymore.

First of all, you better let people know you're pregnant so you can start receiving the proper care. You need to think about that child, and put his/her needs before anyone else's!!

And the fact that he stole shows that your mother is right in hating the guy. Look what he did! Why would you leave him alone in your house? And then you had him come by again after that? I have to say, it seems like you use horrible judgement in everything you do. You should throw yourself at your mother's mercy, tell her everything, and do whatever she tells you to. Realize that she's the only one that loves you in this situation - the guy obviously does not. And try not to be so stupid in the future.

You are in a bit of trouble. Call the police and file a report. You have to that. Tell your parents if you fill them in on whats going on in a calm mature manner it will be better for you in the end. Stay away form this guy, consider rather or not you want to go through with this pregnancy. You are awfully young and he sounds like a complete scum-bag. Do you really want to be bring a innocent baby into all of this mess. The best outcome of all of this is that the boyfriend ends up in jail.

If he would take those kinds of things from you and your parents then the situation is not going to get any better with a child in the picture. Tell your parents what is going on with the pregnancy and that you are pretty sure he took the items and cash that are missing. Be up front with them now as you are going to need their help and support with your pregnancy.

I would confront his sorry sorry A_S and tell him that he has 24 hours to return these things, tell him the police dusted for fingerprints and if the items are not returned you will tell the police he was in your house alone and that you believe they will have a fingerprint match. I am also worried about what you will tell your mother about your kleptomaniac boyfriend but also about your being pregnant. If you think she is crying now......be prepared for the flood.

I'm glad you called the police. Stay in contact with them to make certain they are on his lousy tail. Now you know what your mother saw in him that you could not see. It's time to be honest with your mom. You screwed up big time, and now you will need her support with this pregnancy. Now, go to every hock shop in town. Good bet your jewelry is there.

I would say come clean with your Mom on all points. Of course she saw through his persona and you thought you were in love. Now you are pregnant and who will be by your side, if she doesn't have a nervous breakdown behind you and your lies, your Mom. This too shall pass and again the one at your side won't be "him", but "HER".

You have done the right thing by going to the police. Perhaps you should tell your parents about your pregnancy as they WILL eventually find out.
