Moisturizing lotions should be applied frequently to keep the burn moist (like you just stepped out of the shower). Wear loose clothing so the areas don't get rubbed. Take cool showers. Hot will hurt. Keep the burned areas out of the sun.

You might also want to try flax seed oil (get the capsules as it tastes terrible)...try 1000 mg twice a day. It helps skin heal.

1.after-sun lotion
2.aloe (plant, or you can buy in a bottle)
3.sit in cold bath ( wont do anything but make it feel better :] )
that's all i can think of right now.

get some teabags ( a lot of them) make some tea with them - rub the teabags themselves on the burn - it will sooth the burn and speed healing
