If you have alot of sinus congestion with Post Nasal Drip, the best thing to take is a nasal spray, rather than a decongestant.
You can try Dristan or Otrivin spray, and it should help work alot better than a capsule or liquid.
If you suffer from high blood pressure, however, you need to check with your pharmacist about alternative options, since most decongestants have medicinal ingredients that can raise your blood pressure.
Good Luck and I hope you feel better soon.

Claritin, it's allergy season and though you may not have allergies this medication is the best for drying up drainage in the sinus, it used to be by presrciption only but now it is over the counter a bit expensive but one pill last 24 hours and guranteed to work!!!!!

I usually take Sudafed sinus or the generic equivalent, and use a nasal spray before bed.

Try something that has Tripolidene and Psuedoephedrine in combination. Clarinase is a good one and non-drowsy.
