For us living in India, the most powerful temple is the one with the most powerful loudspeakers mounted on top. If these loudspeakers are used between 3:00 and 6:00 AM they are reckoned to be the best temples. Also look for the fattest Priests. This is a true indication that the Gods favour such a temple. The more beggars there are milling around with self-inflicted twisted and broken limbs, the more grime and dirt, the more consistent noise... why that is certainly the best temple.

dear friend ,
Maybe my experince could help U :
1. Get Urself a rudraksh mala ( 128 beads )
2. Learn this mantra ( Gaytri Mantra ) :-
Om Bhur Bhuva Svaha
Tat Savitur Vareniya
Bhargo Devastya Dhimahi
Dyho Yo naha Prachodayat
3. Chant this gaytri mantra using the rudraksha mala, repeat the cycle of the whole mantra for each bead of the mala untill its complete cycle of 128 beads.
You should perform as many cycle as you could. Morning is the best time to do so.
Its guaranteed to work - its one of those in hinduism that I've experinced with warranties and guaranties.
How many cycle for how many days you should perform until you get Ur answer depends on - Ur chakra levels ( karma and dosha ) . But as U start chanting atleast two or three cycle a day for three months - Then obvious significant results are guaranteed to be transparent !!!! ( I'll bet my life on it)
I've experinced it 100% , others whom I know have alsoexperinced it as well - I never heard or knew anyone or from anywhere that after proper innitiation and chanting progress that this mantra ever failed !!!
Maybe U can look in the net to find aout about how GAYTRI MANTRA is said to be the MOOLA MANTRA or root mantra of all mantras. Its one of the most powerfull and effective mantra in hinduism !!
Om

Have you ever thought were god resides, if you would have you will never ask this sort of a question, anyway i will explain. Early morning as soon as you get up from the bed before opening your eyes keep your both palms join ned together in front of you and tell this 2 line prayer and open your eyes and see the palm first and see the difference "karadhe varadhe lakshmi karamadhyae saraswathi kara mule sthitho brahma pahathe kar darshanam" means we are invoking the god which is within ourselves and passing the rays of our eyes through our hands to the whole body the rays are fresh morning rays which are unpolluted and clear and which protects our whole body. For your kind information always remember God is within ourselves our body is a temple we should know how to invoke the god within us respect it and interact with it and pray it . Start meditating and praying within self you will at peace and satisfied

1....Mount-kailash ( kailasa )
Most sacred place in India for HINDU pilgrimage. Mnt Kailas is regarded in many sects of Hinduism as paradise, the ultimate destination of souls and the spiritual center of the world. Most Hindu mythology prescribe it as the center of the world and lord SHIVA resides at the pinnacle summit of Kailas. Every year thousands of Hindus make pilgrimage there – its been so for many-many thousands of years

You said "I am a top executive by career" and on the other hand you said "I am having extreme difficulties in my career path". What do you mean by this?
Any way, let me first clear some of your misunderstandings.
There are no degrees of power about temples as there is no degree difference in between different forms of one God.
Also God is not like a clerk taking bribe of money or prayer for your career.
So my suggestion is not to wander spending money and time after searching a powerful temple for mere career.
Temples are for inspiration (examples) to devotees for God realisation which may or may not need lots of time of your life depending on your devotional level.
I hope this will help you a lot.
