I am a 27 year old female. How many calories, grams of fat am I supposed to eat everyday to maintain a healthy weight?

I'm 5'7", medium build, and I weight 130lbs. I do eat pretty much whatever I want, but I was just curious.

Usually at least 1200 cal/day but you should see a nutritionist to be sure.

Current weight has to be factored in as well as your height. Are you an ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph? What kind of body type are you? What kind of activity do you do when you're not working out?
