The seals deal with unsanitary conditions and women can not deal with laying in there own filth for that period of time with out getting some type of infection or other problems.

You do realize, men do not get periods, right? If women don't serve in the front lines, they won't be able to serve as a SEAL. Unless they were capable of carrying one of their fallen comrades, which I doubt since the average man weighs about 160 pounds.
