12 lbs, to be on the safe side. the ham is going to shrink alittle in the oven, so its best to consider about a 1 pound per person. you dont want to under feed your guests! plus leftovers are great for a sunday morning ham and eggs breakfast!

You need at least seven to eight pounds of ham for thirteen people. I myself would go for left overs and get twelve pounds.
You should figure about a half pound per person to be safe.

A general rule is 1/4 lb - 1/2 lb per person.Consider that a semi or bone in ham will weigh more.

Of meat alone (no bone), figure about 4 oz per person, or 3½ lbs.
The guidelines at the baked ham stores are VERY generous, I find, and you can cut back a bit on what they recommend.

As a general rule, I go with 3 lbs of ham per person. This seems like a lot, but my friends and family are fat pigs.

One pound per person, you will most likely have left overs but that is the recommended
