This is going to sound stupid?

Does anyone else have MAJOR gas in the morning? Whenever I sleep over my boyfriend's house, it's sooo embarassing and uncomfortable in the morning. I have to RUN to the bathroom just to release gas and then I feel sooo much better. Before that, I dont want him to even touch me.

I bet the majority of the time you go there is probably straight from work an you are more then likely like me. You don't like to use other peoples bathrooms to go #2 and you probably also eat out or order in when you go there. So, I am betting that is what is causing the gas. Try going home first and going #2 and try not eating such rich foods.. This is only an assumption.

It might what you're eating, and in that case, he probably has to do it too! You can easily figure out what kind of foods do it to you. In the mean time you can try taking somthing like pepto before bed.

Do you eat anything right before bed that could cause this? Maybe you could take a Beano pill (sold at your local drug store) just before eating whatever it is or just take one before going to sleep.

i've got to tell you that is the wierdest thing i would want my girl friend to have, maybe it is the kind of stuff you eat or drinkk over night.you know alot of digestion takes place during the night especially when you are sleeping.
