start doing lunges asap! this will stretch out your thighs and quads. The more deeper you lunge into your stretch the more stretched out and prepared you will be. Each day practice your splits. (right, left and middle) have some stand behind you and push your shoulders down you can ease more and more into it. But dont push so hard that you pull something. Each day you should be able to slide more and more into it. Worse case scenario, if you still get get all the way down, cheat by having your front leg lay flat and just bend the leg in the back a little so it looks like you are all the way down. (like a hurderler) Think of a bow and arrow, you leg is straight like an arro win the front, and bowed and slightly bent int heback. hopefully it will be some steps to helping you rpgress in your felxibility.

I'm sorry but it is not possible, without hurting yourself, to be able to do the splits within 15 days. Becoming more flexible takes time. The best advice I can give you is to stretch every morning and night. Don't just stretch the spilts, stretch the whole body because your body works better as a whole then half stretched and half tight. If you workout at all the best time to "gain more ground" on your splits is after your done. While your cooling down hold your stretches for about 20-40 seconds then release. This stretches the muscles out making you more flexible the more you do it.

Unless you've been doing it recently, and have just lost a little bit of your flexibility then you will probably end up hurting yourself trying to do it too fast.

You can start by doing leg stretches - see how high you can kick, and find something to rest your foot on, and then kick your leg up onto it. Keep trying to go higher and higher.

Get down on one knee, and put your other leg out behind you, stretch the back leg while trying to put your fists on the ground. Alternate legs.

Look online or in exercise/yoga books for some other suggestions for stretching.

a long leg stretch would be best because you will be stretching the muscles behind the knee... you can also lunge forward as far as you can with one foot and just keep repeating that alternating legs.. Pilates is a great work out for stretching after a few pilates workouts you will be able to manipulate your body into positions you never knew possible
