unfortunately with upset stomachs, you really just have to let it run its course. There might be SOME things that will help aid it though. You can drink sprite or 7-up and hope that stays down. I have also heard that flat Coke works too.
Also, you probably wont want to eat anything big (you probably arent even in the mood to eat anything), but you can TRY to nibble on saltine crackers or dry toast.
You can try taking pepto bismol, but if you are anything like me, that just makes me feel worse.
Just take it easy..get a lot of rest, and when you start feeling better, start eating again slowly. Chicken soup is probably the best.

If it's very serious, go to a doctor.
Otherwise, a light meal., a thin rice and lentils gruel, is helpful. Take some soda drink, or pepto-bismol. If you are south Asian, a tea made from mint leaves, fennel seeds, and just one green cardamom will work like magic. Do not gorge on spicy, fatty foods for a few days.

If you're throwing up, or feel like it, it's better not to eat right now. Or if you do, eat something bland, like saltines or toast. Peppermint tea is good for settling the stomach, as is ginger tea, or ginger ale. Even 7-Up can help, although not as much.
You could try something like Pepto-Bismol, which can help, although personally, I hate the taste so much that I only use it if nothing else works.
