I have had panic assaults and anxiousness assaults for 36 years. It began round sixteen and slowly simply bought worse till a breakdown, approximately eight years in the past. I used to be placed on paxil and ativan. Which for probably the most aspect looked as if it would aid, however no longer wholly. Three years in the past I went to Mental Health. Here, they aid humans that come to them for aid. I went to a councillor, nevertheless it did not difference so much of some thing. But they'd a few guides that I did take. They handled realizing what anxiousness and panic issues are and easy methods to manipulate them. Learning what my issues are that purpose the assault and easy methods to resolve them. I additionally took a path by way of them on studying to be assertive, no longer competitive or passive. It additionally confirmed easy methods to have conversations with humans to allow them to understand what you particularly desire. They had been distinguished. Now, probably while I have an assault, I can manipulate them.

So cross-dressing relaxes you?
Nothing wrong with that - comfortable, and depending on how you get your kicks, it can be a real turn on.
Maybe find other things that relax you - music helps me cope with a lot of stress and other problems (i honestly don't think i would still be here if it weren't for music). The occasional 'J' doesn't hurt either.
Good Luck!!

I have suffered from chronic GAD for over 16 years. It makes my life hell sometimes. I wish I could find something that would help me feel better that easily. Sometimes my meds wont even help. Good luck to you.
