The only thing I can think of is Hitler and those who helped him commit genocide and other atrocities. The perpetrators of the genocides in Rwanda and Darfur should also have one of those tickets. Those of us who turn a blind eye to those atrocities should also share in a milder punishment. There is still time to stem the atrocities in Darfur -- make your legislators aware of your concern!

That all depends, Many religions believe Everyone goes to hell, Some of the New ones by standards of religious age believe in this thing heaven and that you can go play in the place of the Alpha Deity and It's minions. So it really depends on your belief. Be a Greek and you go just because you die. Be a Norse and you go to hell if you don't die in battle of with a weapon in your hand. For a Norse dieing of old age and infirmity is the biggest no no. Wicca has No hell. Take your pick. . then you can choose your ticket.

Besides Satan and some Angels who have already been condemned to perish, there is only one sin that is unforgivable written in the Scriptures:
And, it can only occur at one specific time, and thats when Antichrist is on the earth,
in person. The Elect of God will be delivered up before him as a witness against this one who professes to be the Christ. If one of the Elect refuses at that time to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through them, then they have just committed the one unpardonable sin, and there is no way for salvation. Death of the soul is inevitable. I do not believe that this will happen, not to any of the Elect who already realize the prophecy and are preparing for it. I can't see it happening.

I think first of all comparing different texts where it uses the word hell would be good place to start. Seems like the bible doesn't really teach that but instead the word is mistranslated from the original texts when translated into English.
After all, doesn't it say the wages sin pays is death and not hell or eternal torment. Check it out.

Of all the places a person can go, hell is the easiest to get to. All you have to do is nothing. Anywhere else, you need a plane ticket or a bus ticket or get up and walk. But to get to hell, just do nothing.

By doing nothing, you will not have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior. Also by doing nothing, you will eventually die. Both of these are requirements to go to hell - not having Jesus, and death.

There is no "one way ticket" to hell, because hell will release all those in it, and then hell will be destroyed by being burned up in the Lake of Fire.

Revelation 20:13, 14 - "And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
