Why don't you use a common writing software like MS Word? It should be confortable considering you have formated the text properly. I don't think there is a software for this specific thing....and if there was...what would be the difference from the common writing programs?!?!

Word should be fine enough, unless you want templates, which I'm not sure really exist.
