walking - sounds cliche', but it's a great stress reliever for me, helps to clear my mind and keeps me fit. x

Don`t go above 1500 calories a day, and walk for 30-45 mins a day. Keep booze to a minimum.

Eating healthy and exercising a little each day(except for the odd day off).

This ensures good nutrition and good maintenance.

So basically live wholesomely.

Sounds weird but I swear mints help with sickness, nausea and headaches. It nearly always works for me!!!
