A mango like a banana is a high sugar fruit...it is not bad for you but some folks do have trouble losing weight if they eat too many fruits like this that contain a lot of natural sugar...I am one of them, but I will enjoy one mango or a banana in a day...everyone is different...if you are not dieting and don't have the weight gain problem, then eat away!
Things like strawberries and blueberries contain less sugar and you get more per serving.

All fruits contain calories and sugar, but it isn't "bad." Don't confuse natural fruit with processed white sugar, which is bad. Fruit is part of a balanced diet. But like any food, no matter how good it is for you, too much of anything can be bad. Unless you have a problem with blood sugar, eat a mango--it's good for you. But don't eat the whole bag.
