This is an extremely important question. I need to know what the prescription drug Hydrocodone will show up as in a Random Urine Drug Test? I'm aware it will show up as an Opiate, but it is possible to show up as Codeine?

As to the person who said I "screwed" up my test I provided the prescription that my DOCTOR gave me for when my migraine medication does not work. I am not using prescription drugs for "fun"

My situation is as follows: I provided the Doctor's prescription however the company who gave me the test said that I was lying about taking Codeine. This is not true. I am trying to get a state License, I have no reason to lie.

Does it really matter? Either way you screwd up on the test.

I don't think so... but even if it does as long as you have a prescription for it you will be fine, they can't fail you on a drug test just because you are in prescription medication you jsut have to prove that the prescription is yours, and prescribed by your Dr. If you can't do that then you better go see a Dr. right away and complain of back pain...

Since you claim its your prescription you should be in the clear. However to get a a more clear answer I would need to know all your meds you are taking.

What happens if I miss a dose?
Since codeine is used for pain, you are not likely to miss a dose. Skip any missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
