This guy that I work with at my one job..lately he's been all nice, asking me if he can help me do anything, etc..even told me I was a beautiful sexy blonde at lunch one day. Then yesterday, we were talking about this work thing and he said that I had no respect for authority, that I was rude to a higher up in an e-mail (I wasn't rude..I just wanted to know what was going on) and then when I got up to leave...he was like "sit down" and then proceeded to tell me I'm always mad. So later I e-mailed him and said what is it with you? Can you get off my back and he wrote why so testy? What's with the aggression? So I reminded him what he said at lunch and he was like What!! Word around the office is he has a thing for me, but I'm not seeing it if this is how he's acting..what do you think?

Leave him alone. He's not worth knowing. Can you imagine if you started dating him? He'd be a basket case!

It's funny that he criticizes you for having an unprofessional attitude but feels that it's perfectly okay to call a coworker a "beautiful, sexy blonde". If you weren't interested in him, that would qualify as sexual harassment.

Anyway, it sounds like the guy has some insecurity issues. Maybe he feels that you spurned him and is now punishing you by being a jerk. I had a friend who got involved with a guy who was prone to passive-aggressive behavior like this and, believe me, it's not worth it.

How old is this guy? If you both are young then he is being immature taking the approach of what a 5th grader would do.
"If you pick on someone they are flirting" Or maybe this dude has a problem with trying to explain how he feels.
But my best thought is just leave him alone if he is already switching what he feels then imagin how horrible it can become in a relationship

I say that office romance is a big "NO NO" Now everybody is all in your business. And you really want to be careful about emails because in the work environment, they can come back and bite you in the butt. (for example, if it ever comes down to harrasment issues in the office) Just be careful and trust your gut feeling.

Give yourself and him some time. Nothing happened as yet and he probably is not settled about his feelings for you either. So hang on - don't try and push your relationship in any direction as yet.
