My dog penny just got out of the vet hospital on Saturday.
She had the coronavirus and was treated for 4 days at the hospital. She did fine for 2 days then on Tuesday morning at 4am she vomited 2 times. After that she was fine, eating and playing all evening long. On wednesday morning at 2am the same thing happened again. This time she vomited 4 times and then layed down. I have to take her to the vet tomorrow to get her shots but I am concerned about her having the virus again. What do You Think?

Until you make it to the vet, cook her a stomach settling meal of chicken and rice. No flavorings, just boiled chicken and white rice. This is very easy on the stomach. She may not have the virus, but she could still be dealing with the effects. I'm surprised you vet didn't give you any prescription food that would be easy on the stomach.
