Ling Zhi is a chinese herb that is used as a drink - tea or coffee

It is supposed to be soothing and relaxing. Will rebalance your yin or something.

One of my penpals in Malaysia loves to drink Ling Zhi coffee - decaf coffee which soothes her - just before bed time.

Great for her Chi
