Problem is I cant manage to keep them clean
is there any type of paint I could cover the with that would make them easier to maintain or clean they are a beige colour but tose around the wash basin are now grimy no matter what we use on them.
We tiled the entire room abut 6 feet by 4 feet to make it level access for someone with mobility problem the showerarea itself is fine its the area around it thats the prob now.if there is a aint what "colour do u suggest as best to hide foot print marks /

There is a range of chemical products for all sorts of cleaning / sealing /maintaining tiled floors. The maker is "lithofin" (another brand is Hagasan). They are stocked by all good specialist tile shops (not B7Q etc). Go to one and ask for their advice which products you need .....most probably one for an initial deep clean and another for sealing / maintenance.

you could try floor paint ...they make it in various colours ..most decoraters merchants stock it
