We are speaking hypothetically here, because there is no proof of what is being said is true, we can believe whatever we want to believe or not right? I will answer this in what I think might be the answers that would be correct if I was looking at it from a christian viewpoint:
1. Did Jesus have a son? Jesus is the Son of God, but he is also God, and the Holy Spirit so yes he had a son called Jesus, and then God also called all of us his sons and daughters and said that he was the Father.
2. Is Jesus God? This is what it says, I do not know for sure and that is honest like it or not.
3. Did God have a son? Yes and that would have been Jesus if the story is true at all? I think what we don't seem to get is this God thing, which God is right? Who is God? What is God? Is there a God? Why does God say that poor people must stay poor and that it is better to be poor then be wealthy as the rich man would have a harder time going to heaven then the camel going through an eye of a needle, and yet the rich man believes that God made him wealthy and he deserves what God gave him somehow it is appointed that it should be that way? See there are to many contradictions for it to be believable.
Strange all the Christians on here and I got a thumbs down, was that a non believer or a believer? Either way this is really a good and honest answer. You see I was raised with a dad that was a good man but a non believer and a mom that was a believer and took us to church with his permission so does honesty hurt your feelings? Sorry about that! Oh yeah and I have also attended just about every christian denomination that we have at some point in time, that is why I consider myself non denominational.

1. If you saw the History channel account of the Jesus family tomb found in 1980, one could see why one would think that he did have a son. I see no reason based on Jewish traditions that Jesus wouldn't of had a son with Mary Madelaine, or a daughter which some accounts say went to Britain and name I believe was Sarah.
2. Jesus was one with, and part of God.
3. God can do whatever he wants. There is many stories in different cultures that say the Gods had relations with women and produced sons, such as Heracles.

Who has been teaching you...? The Jehovah Witnesses...?
Your theology is skewed by a mis-information and a mis- understanding of the "hypostatic" union of God the Father and Jesus (God) the son... I would have to take you back to Genesis and show you the triune nature of God... The "El Shaddi...God Almighty...The Father and El Ohim, God the Son (Yeshua) and the Ruach HaKodesh, God The Holy Spirit for you to full understand... It takes a while to fully begin to understand the original Hebrew and Greek text and their significance in God Word... that's why "we" so often ask questions that "we" don't have a clue about... keep studying, find a good teacher... someone who can read and understand the Hebrew and Greek lexicon... it gets so deep yet so clear as His Universe is reveled to you...
Shalom.
