If your Dad got "Custody" of you and your mom got "Physical "Custody", you should be LIVING with your Mom. The term "Physical Custody" applies to the person to whom you live with and the other parent has "Joint Legal Custody" of you, which entitles them to visitation agreed upon during the Custody hearing. If your mom has Physical Custody of you you SHOULD be LIVING with HER and do as SHE says. If your Dad has Physical Custody.....get back over to his house and do as HE says. The parent you live with has "physical Custody and should be receiving Child Support from the Non Custodial Parent.

Seems your looking for a way out of obeying your parents. Had the same problem with my Daughter, parents won.

Yet Physical custody is being under ones control, where custody is the fact of the courts giving the fact of custody.
If your dad, custody by courts, has let your mom take visitation of you or you to stay with her, he is giving rights to tell you what to do, and control you. The courts would decide if she out stepped her boundaries of authority.
The courts will not step in unless the police bring charges on her for something. Yet if you start the charges and the courts find that you did it to avoid the authority of your mom, your the one that gets in trouble.
