i only take in about 70 calories and walk a mile in the gym wich burns likee 110 to 200 calories so is it burning the stoed fat

yeah but you should eat waaaaaaaaaaaay more than that. because your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to the fat. eat between 1000-15000 a day. Your body burns around 2000 calories on it's on a day. Depending on your weight and stuff.

Ada, this is exactly the basic formula behind weight loss...
good for you and your right-on-target perception...
you have just figured out the great mystery behind losing weight.

You lose weight when your body (metabolism) is forced to take it's required energy (calories) from your stored up body fat.
By exercising and burning calories, your body needs to get that energy from somewhere and it has two resources:
1) calories you consume by eating
2) stored up body fat

You are right on the mark...if you continue doing what you are doing you will see a quick and dramatic weight loss.

(I do agree with others though that you should be taking in more calories than 70 in one day (around 1200 would be good)...but the formula is the same, burn more calories than you take in to lose the weight)

When you say you only take in 70 calories is that for breakfast or for the day. If that is for the day, that is seriously bad! If you are dieting eat 1200 - 1500 calories a day and exercise!

70 calories????? Girl you're gonna kill yourself please at least eat 1400 calories you'll lose weight that way.
&0 cals is too low and you'll gain more weight once you start eating a little more.
Do you want to pass out???
Your body burns on average 2000 calories aday so you can eat 1400 calories and have 6oo calories more burned than consumed so you'll lose weight then adding exercise you could lose 2 pounds per week.
PLEASE EAT MORE!!
