She makes it clear that she is just overworked and that she would truly like to spend sometime with me at some point but is unable to tell me when. The confusing thing is she has gone right out of her way to tell me this when she could of ignored me. What does this mean?

if she ignores you, you will eventually stop chasing her...and that is what she wants...so she keeps stringing you along. tell her to give you a definite date in the near future and stick to it. if she doesn't, drop her like a bad habit.

It's exactly how she said... She is overworked and although she'd like to, she doesn't know when she can spend time with you... If you really like her and feel that she is worth waiting for, you should be willing to give her some time to settle a few things or whatever before she has time for a relationship.

She's just not that into you. If she *really* wanted to spend some time with you, she'd make a way to do so.
I'm sure you're a great guy - go find a chick that appreciates you and makes time for you!

That she would enjoy your company but doesn't know when she will be able to because she is busy. Tell her to call you when she would like to make a date.

she likes you stupid, but she has her work commitments ! are you rich if your rich take her for dinner one night as a surprise and make her feel all special !
