Have a look there. Not sure if they charge you or not

There is a website called dwlz.com (Dottis Weight Loss Zone) that has this. The site is poorly laid out, but this lady has put all the foods on there as well as restaraunts. Scroll about half way down the page for the navigation to all this stuff. This site is completely free unlike the WW website.

They talk about this site at our meetings all the time. I myself always use it when I dont have my books on me.

Also, another cool website I use for journaling and tracking my weight is http://www.fitday.com. Its free also and I've used it for quite some time.

Weight watchers are understandable reluctant to release that information free of charge. Just bite the bullet and join (or rejoin) then you can get another book. Or you could check on ebay as occasionally people sell their stuff there.

They charge so you won't get any info free from them, my best advice is to find where a class is near you and go for one week - Get your eating out guide and shopping list plus a free guide for food points and your all set.

Have you tried their website? http://www.weightwatchers.com or you can get a listing of weight watcher stores in your area and stop in and grab one

Hope that helped a little ,
