Running. Running burns calories, which will decrease fat over your entire body. There is no such thing as 'spot' fat loss, so it's impossible to isolate just your arms. Running, or any other intense cardio will burn fat and your body will burn it according to your body type. Good luck.

I've toned my arms in the last two months. Weight lifting worked for me. I started with light weights, about 2 pounders and gradually worked up to 8 and 10 pounds. I have found though that if you dont continue with it, you wont stay toned. Diet and exercise is the answer to losing and toning. I have found that cardio alone does not work. Try starting with twelve reps twice.

Stand up straight with arms out like your making a letter"T" then making circular motions and rotate from small to large circles it will burn the fat and tone your muscles.

I use the 10 minute video's and love them. They have one for all target area's. I own Arms of Steel, on VHS, I bet it is on DVD now. If I can do 10 minutes a day anyone can.
