Well, I work for State Farm and we do this. If you are taking a train to work and putting less than 7500 miles a year on the vehicle, the premium is less expensive than what the average driver would be paying. They do check your odometer reading once a year to check this, but as long as you are complying, there is a reduction in premium.

Well it might have caught the lady's eye, but it obviously didn't catch it enough! I'm not sure that could be described as 'working'!
I should have thought most companies would do this by default, as it were, so long as you tell them when obtaining your quote. It would come under the standard miles-driven-per-year loading.
