get a bigger butt. Then go see a shrink. There are so many levels of confusion here...why would you want to be like J.Lo? Other than having a bunch of money, I don't see the point, and getting a bigger butt won't get you money. Once you get the bigger butt, and J.Lo falls out of celebrity status (all actors and singers eventually do) are you going to ask for a smaller butt to look like some other actress or singer?

it used to be, either you have an *** or not but today you can get *** implants. i wouldnt reccomend this but it is an option. I am a runner, so my *** really toned and cute, but this is also thinks to my parents. i think genes have alot to do with it... i dont know, run.. oh here is one excercise that may help. get a phone book and a chair. place the phone book on the floor and the back of the chair should be facijng the phone book. so you standing on the phone book with one leg and grasping the chair for support. with one leg on the book, kness locked, bring the other leg up, with your heal of your foot pointing to the ceiling. This is like an *** crunch. Do it while you watch tv and you will see result guranteed. This will make your asstoned and strong not flabby and weak... better than Jello's... dont stuff yourself with food, this will only make your *** fat and not in a good way*

do squats...its like situps but while doing that...just look to it that your calf and thigs should be at ninty degrees....and dont lean forward....dot his on your toes...a bit difficult...but tryy it...
