Smiling, puts the customer at ease with you. The customer ususally trusts a genuine, warm smile. The customer will begin asking questions that the seller can answer. Through questions and answers, smiling can continue to be a friendly opening and give a more trusted attitude to the buyer. The buyer is much more at ease with a seller who takes the time to smile, to invite the customer to browse, and to make the customer know he/she is really important to the seller.
